The Found Money Report features news, information and interviews targeting listeners in both the pre and post retirement phases of their lives.   According to co-host Pete Thomson, The Found Money Report talk radio program is filling a void in the Dallas-Ft. Worth talk radio market.  Thomson said, “Many financial programs on talk radio focus on selling financial products.   When Jim and I met a year ago to plan for the launch of The Found Money Report, Jim made it very clear that he wanted to do a different kind of program that gave the listeners information that could help them improve their retirement.  As a result, The Found Money Report has a fresh sound to it because we focus on helping people with great content.  Listeners love the information they get and the radio stations like the fact that we bring relevant and current information to their airwaves every week.”

In addition to airing on KRLD Sundays 1-2PM, The Found Money Report is heard Saturdays 4-5PM (Central) on WBAP RadioPete Thomson commented on the station line up.  “Our mission on The Found Money Report is to help as many people as possible have a great retirement.  When it comes to news talk radio in Dallas-Ft. Worth, KRLD and WBAP are by-far the strongest stations.  Being on both of these powerhouse stations allows us to reach the largest possible audience each week.”

In addition to addressing topics of interest to retirees, The Found Money Report also focuses on helping the less fortunate.  According to Thomson, The Found Money Report is very active in supporting select area non-profit organizations.  He commented, “Jim Poe and the team at Texas Retirement Specialists believe in giving back to the community.  This year, we’re working closely with The Shriners Hospitals and The Ronald McDonald House.   Each week we invite our listeners to join us in helping these great non-profits and their very worthy causes.”

The Found Money Report is produced by McQ Media Inc, a full service media and advertising company based in Dallas, Texas.
